Application and Forms

Applicants who submit an initial application during the Board's license renewal period (April 6, 2026 - June 30, 2026) may choose to pay the full license fee and submit a surety bond reflecting an expiration date of June 30, 2028 to be licensed through the next full two-year term. Applicants who elect to submit an initial application with the pro-rated fee and a bond expiring on June 30, 2026 must renew the license prior to the June 30, 2026. Instructions for submitting your application can be found on the cover of the appropriate application below, to include fees and additional required items. Incomplete applications (unanswered questions, unsigned documents, etc.) may be returned without processing.

Once you obtain your Manufactured Housing Board license please be aware that towns, cities and/or counties in which you plan to work may require additional licensing and/or permitting. Please contact the jurisdiction's Business License or Building Permit department prior to performing any work in that jurisdiction.

Licensure by reciprocity is not currently available in this state for Manufactured Housing.
