PT-PTA CE Audit Forms-Submit Audit Forms using Document Submission
The biennial reporting period for the 2026 renewal is January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026.
Licensees may renew their license during open renewal. Failure to renew a license prior to the deadline, will result in a lapsed license.

Continuing Education (CE)
Every licensed physical therapist and physical therapist assistant shall earn 3.0 CEUs or thirty (30)
hours of acceptable continuing education credit per biennium year, which must include 15 hours of
certified activities, which must include three hours of ethics or professionalism, and the remainder 15
hours through any combination of certified activities and/or approved activities. Licensees are
responsible for obtaining certificates of completion and uploading the certificates to their CE Broker
account prior to renewing.
CE Broker is the CE tracking system for the South Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
