The following fees have been established by the Panel for Dietetics and listed in Code of Regulations Chapter 10:
Application for Licensure: $175
Biennial Renewal of License: $100
Late Renewal Fee: $50
Reinstatement Fee: $50
Miscellaneous administrative charges:
- Duplicated wall certificate: $15
- Duplicated pocket card: $10
- Fee for returned checks: $30
- Licensure Verification: $5
- Licensure List: $10
