If your Pharmacist license has lapsed/expired, complete the Pharmacist License Reinstatement.
If your Pharmacy Technician Registration and/or State Certified Pharmacy Technician Registration has lapsed/expired within the last year, you must complete the Lapsed Pharmacy Technician Registration. Click here to obtain the application.
If your Pharmacy Technician Registration and/or State Certified Pharmacy Technician Registration is lapsed/expired 2 years or more, you must complete the Pharmacy Technician Registration Reinstatement application. Click here to obtain the application.
To renew your Pharmacy Technician Registration, click on "Log In Portal" to begin the online renewal.

All registrations must be renewed on or before June 30, 2026 to avoid a late fee of $10 as of July 1, 2026.
For the 2026-2027 renewal, EMS Non-Dispensing Drug Outlet permit holders are required to submit a Consultant Pharmacist Affidavit prior to completing the renewal online. This affidavit must be completed by the consultant pharmacist or authorized designee and submitted by the permit holder PRIOR to renewing your EMS Non-Dispensing Drug Outlet permit. Please submit your Consultant Pharmacist Affidavit here.
EMS Non-Dispensing Drug Outlet permit holders are also required to submit a EMS Self-Inspection Report PRIOR to renewing your permit. Please submit your EMS Self-Inspection Report here.
Once you submit your affidavit, Board staff will process the documents in the order received; this may take up to five (5) to seven (7) business days. Once your documents have been processed, you will be able to log in and process your online renewal. You may also log in periodically to check the status of your renewal. All permits must be renewed on or before May 31 to avoid a late fee of $50; all permits expire after June 30 if not renewed.

If renewing as a nonprofit entity, submit proof of nonprofit status by emailing your IRS Determination Letter to contact.Pharmacy@llr.sc.gov.
