If your Pharmacist license has lapsed/expired, complete the Pharmacist License Reinstatement.
If your Pharmacy Technician Registration and/or State Certified Pharmacy Technician Registration has lapsed/expired within the last year, you must complete the Lapsed Pharmacy Technician Registration. Click here to obtain the application.
If your Pharmacy Technician Registration and/or State Certified Pharmacy Technician Registration is lapsed/expired 2 years or more, you must complete the Pharmacy Technician Registration Reinstatement application. Click here to obtain the application.

In State (Resident) Renewal Applications
All resident permit holders may upload permit renewal applications and pay renewal fees electronically via the Board’s e-Services Document Submission system.
Renewal Deadlines
Timely Renewal Deadline — May 31, 2025
To avoid the $50 late fee, facility renewal applications must be submitted on or before May 31, 2025. Applications submitted by mail must be postmarked on or before May 31, 2025.
Permit Expiration Date — June 30, 2025
A permit which has not been renewed before July 1, 2025, enters Lapsed status. To prevent a lapsed permit, facility renewal applications must be submitted on or before June 30, 2025. Mailed applications must be postmarked on or before June 30, 2025. Beginning July 1, 2025, lapsed permits will incur an additional $10 per day penalty, up to $25,000
Electronic Application Submission and Payment
To submit an electronic renewal application, along with required supporting documents, using the Board’s Document Submission system. The system will then allow for payment of the annual renewal fee online using a debit/credit card or check.

Document Submission allows permit holders to upload application documents and pay fees electronically, rather than submit applications and documents to the Board via mail

To recover/retrieve your User ID, click on “Forgot username.” To reset your password, click on “Forgot password.”
If you are an EMS non-profit, you will not be able to use Document Submission. Print and complete the application. Then email the renewal application to contact.pharmacy@llr.sc.gov.
2025-2026 EMS Non-Profit Non-Dispensing Permit Renewal
Only the below permits are available for online renewal:
