Appraiser licenses expire every even numbered year on June 30th. Electronic and paper renewals will be available on or around May 1, 2022.
Apprentice: $255
Fifth Year Apprentice (6/30/2021 non-extendable date): $125
Mass Appraiser: $255
Licensed: $330
Certified Residential: $330
Certified General: $330
Inactive (not available for apprentices): $160
