Juris Prudence Exam

The Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners’ Jurisprudence Examination for veterinarians and veterinary technicians is online. 

Information to Applicants:

  • Once the Board office receives and verifies the application and documentation from the applicant, a User Id and password will be emailed to the applicant to go online to take the Jurisprudence Examination.
  • As a study guide for the examination, the applicant should study the Statutes and Regulations under Laws/Policies provided on the Board’s website.
  • Upon completion of the examination, the applicant will receives his/her score electronically and the Board Office receives the score at the same time.
  • If the applicant fails the examination, they may retake the exam within 24 hours.
