*Deadline: All Amusement Ride permits must be renewed by January 1st of each year in order to legally operate amusement devices in the state of South Carolina*
ALL Amusement Ride Owners both Temporary and Fixed/Permanent are required to submit the following:
- Current Certificate of Insurance and GL Display List
- Request for Permit to Operate an Amusement Device
- Amusement Devices Listing

All paperwork must be submitted by email to Robert.maxwell@llr.sc.gov within 10 days prior to requested inspection date.
