FOIA Requests

The South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (LLR) accepts requests for information under the S.C. Freedom of Information Act by mail and email. Per Agency policy, requests for copies of documents that exceed 20 pages will be assessed a fee of 15 cents per page. You may fill out the below FOIA request and submit to our office or you may send an email that says "Under the SC Freedom of Information Act, I request the following: ... ".

Release of records is governed by the state FOIA law, state Family Privacy Protection Act and any other applicable state and federal laws

Roster Requests

LLR's Professional and Occupational Licensing Boards (POL) can produce a roster by Board of its active licensees upon request.

You can request a roster here: Licensee List Request.

Please print and sign the Statement of Compliance Form and attach a check for $10 for each roster requested. Make checks payable to LLR. The Statement of Compliance Form provides an address where the form and check can be mailed.

State Inspector General's Fraud Complaint Hotline
